This shy girl didn't talk back why?

This is my piano class and i believe she came from a foreign country. Not going to specify. First time we talked i called her pretty and stuttered hard then started asking what music she like and about the quiz. She didn't ask me any question. it's hard to get a chance to talk with her because half the time everyone is one their headphone. Also sometimes we don't get to sit next together.. second time i called her cute. This time i flirted with her hard and made her laugh. Ask her for her number but she didn't reply.
