Had a 'no blame' accident in Netherlands last February. Claim still not settled. Is this a normal occurrence, or is it unusual. Brit. car?

    Chase your insurance company up.

    It is up to them to deal with it.

    Accidents abroad take much longer.

    I hope you had comprehensive cover for Europe

    It is most certainly a normal occurrence, especially when you let Santa Claus do your mom in the butt.

    There is no such thing as a "no blame" accident. Somebody was at fault.
