No, Libra guys are too gay-ish, feminine, and metrosexual for them because Pisces women usually like men who are manly. However, Pisces men find Libra women sexy because Libra women are girly, due to being ruled by venus, which is a feminine planet. I also have some Libra female friends and they find Pisces men sexy.
