Use "who" if it's the SUBJECT.
Use "whom" if it's the OBJECT
A. WHOM are you talking to?
(You are talking to whom?)
B. WHO gave you that book?
C. WHO shall I say is calling?
D. To WHOM are you giving the book?
E. I like the man WHOM I gave the book to.
F. I don’t particularly like the man WHOM I gave the book to.
G. I really like the woman WHO gave me the book.
