    rubbing alcohol. if that doesn't work, starter fluid

    Lacquer thinner on a rag, use a plastic razor blade to scrape any really tough spots. Rinse the area with water afterwards and apply a good coat of wax

    I start with stuff that washes off easily and go from there.

    Soap and water

    Baby oil
