Yes, but most likely no one will.
It is against the Yahoo! Terms of Service for you to solicit people to do work for you, free or paid (and you will most likely need to PAY someone to work for you. Few people work for free, even on the Internet).
This is NOT the place to try to find someone.
Go to Fiverr.com, and hire someone for $5 to do it.
You could also try doing an Image Search for a Weekly Diet Time Table TEMPLATE, and see if there are any already drawn ones you can print off and use.
