If Trump had brain failure, how could they tell?

He would take on an orange pallor.

The signs of "brain failure", better known as stroke, are facial paralysis, drooping arm, slurred speech, etc. In most people, it looks somewhat like drunkenness, but Trump doesn't drink, so it should be obvious in his case.
