Because no other country is even trying to enforce the rules anyway?
Because the biggest polluters, China and Russia, are doing zero compliance, even though they signed?
Because if there is any country you don't want a war with (economically or militarily), it would be a Trump-run USA? Lol!

So... it's not like any other country contributes to greenhouse gas emissions or anything, it's just the U.S., eh?
While Trump pulling the U.S. out of such an accord IS irresponsible, maybe you should focus your attention more on those countries which are the worst offenders, such as China and India for example instead of ranting against the U.S. which has already made many leaps and bounds to reduce some of it's emissions as opposed to those who have done little... if anything.

The US is no longer the leader in greenhouse emission. Obama's EPA stated that any more US reductions will have 0 impact on global levels. Yet it was the US who was suppose to reduce the most under this voluntary program.
