Is this a full body workout?

Standard Pushups

Elevated Feet Pushups

Situps

Forearm Plank

Lunges

Bodyweight Squat

    No.

    You left out your back entirely and you are only working your front deltiods so most of your shoulder complex is left out.

    You did not do anything for your hamstrings or calf muscles.

    You left out your biceps and forearms.

    For general fitness it is, but if you are a guy with goals of muscle gain, you will need some additional exercises to hit some missed muscles.
