Question on my deductible?
So Im at fault for a car accident. My car is already at the body shop waiting for an inspection and estimate. My insurer told me my deductible is $1000. However I won't have the 1000 until my next paycheck which is next week. Will my insurer work something out such as payments or am I gonna be without a car for a while until they get the money and get started on the repairs?

The insurer cannot "work something out such as payments". The insurer is not allowed to pay out the full amount that the body shop charges. Normally, the body shop will start work without being paid, but won't let you have the car back until you pay them. If the body shop wishes, they may decide to work something else out with you, such as payments later. If the body shop does not want to do that, they don't have to. In addition, they can charge you for storing the car.

No, here's how it works. Let's say your damage repair is $5000. Your insurance company pays $4000 to the body shop and you cough up the other $1000 (your deductible). You need to work something out with the collision repair center, not your insurance company. For christ sake, get a lower deductible.

Any deductible I've ever owed was taken out of the settlement check, not my bank account

Let the repair shop know when you'll have the $1,000 and ask them not to charge storage.

You have to pay the deductible to the body shop when the repairs are complete. You do not pay it to the insurance company.
If the car is totaled, the amount of the deductible is taken from the settlement check

So, Your car will NOT be released to you until the $1,000.00 has been paid in full. Be careful because if it sits at the body shop while you gather the $1,000.00 it MAY be subject to daily storage charges. So

The repairer will not release the car to you until you have paid the deductible to them.
It is the repairer that is paid the deductible by you and you do not pay the insurer.
You would not normally pay until the work is completed.

Your car will remain in the body shop until you have paid the $1000.
