By trying to figure out some way to blame Obama!
Just like they blamed 911 all on Clinton until he set them straight on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace! he said he left the decision on how to retaliate for the Cole bombing for Bush to make. He stated that the final FBI report did not reach the president's desk until days before he left office. He stated also;
I tried(to get Bin Laden) and failed. But at least I tried!
After that the republicans stopped blaming him for 9/11!
