if you have no source of income you won't get a credit card

if you have not had any credit accounts you should have a score at all, one of 700 is would be unheard of without some credit history

That's actually a pretty good score.

What you do first is to stop applying for credit cards. It is very important not to apply for credit cards until you start working or have an income.

Next, go to www.annualcreditreport.com and print out the PDF form. Request all 3 credit reports, and send the request form by U.S. mail, in an envelope, with the proper postage. (Do not attempt to do it online; you will not be able to answer the security questions correctly.) See what is on the credit reports; the things there are why you have a credit score.

It's not a true FICO score. You need 36 months of activity to get a FICO score thqat high

Any score is meaningless with no job or income.

Never heard of anyone giving your score when turning you down.

Everyone has a credit score, and if yours is 700 something that's a really good score.
