Get off the Discover tab (trending questions) at the top of the list. Click the Answer tab.

I don't think there is a way. This happens every two or three months. For a few days suddenly you only see the questions asked the last hour or so, then they jump to questions from a few days ago. So the other recent questions just disappear from your list. I've just had to wait the few days until this nonsense stops and it goes back to normal where you can see all the questions in chronological order. I'm having this problem now.

On the top it says Discover and Answer. Discover is all of the popular questions, and Answer are all of the new ones. (Especially, the ones that have 0 answers.)
