Why is it not possible to answer questions anymore?
Every question I click on to answer, there's no place to answer it. The same is true for everyone I know. There's apparently no way to answer questions anymore.

There is a glitch with the Submit button. Refresh the page and try again. You also will not be able to if you have reached your daily limit or if you try to put a percentage sign in your posts.

A series of glitches are affecting the site. Refreshing the page (usually) fixes any problems. You can also try to answer outside the category box (i.e., click on the question itself) and see if you can answer in the box there. Sorry I can't give you more information than that. Sadly, there are a lot of bugs and not many staff working on fixes. You may try clearing your browser cache/cookies and see if that reduces the frequency of errors.
Also, if you are on mobile, make sure you are switched to Desktop Mode to get access to all of the site's features.
