How do I file for LLC?

When I file my Business as an LLC do I have to first file it for doing business as? Or can I file straight for LLC?

    You have file articles of organization with your appropriate state agency

    You had better hire a lawyer. It sounds like you are not really sure what you are doing. When you need to file a tax return, hire an accountant.

    Contact either the Small Business administration office at your nearest government building, or talk to a business lawyer.
