How can I increase the number of restore points on my Windows 7 system?
I would like to be able to save my oldest restore points and much more than the system allows.

easily. first right click your "my computer" or "my PC" icon and choose "properties"
(alternatively you can go to your "control panel",click on "view by" and choose large or small icons, and look for and click on "system")
Thenwhen the system window pops up, on the left side click on "system protection"
Then on the pop-up window click on your system drive, usually drive c: and click "configure"
Here you can adjust the maximum space usage of restore points
