What's holding up Health Care Act?

Obviously you dont read newspapers. Anything that you vote for and screws over your constituents risks you being voted out of office on your a$$. that is what the health act does. You have millions of very sick people who need insurance, people with pre-existing conditions who risk having premiums double or triple or they lose insurance entirely. People will DIE because of the passing of this act.
