If your size isn't the issue perhaps your techniques are. It may help if you were more gentle until she gets used to the sensation of you inside her. Be more patient and she will let you know when you can use more movement.

It does not matter what you think; it matters how it feels to her. You're bigger than average, and maybe she's "tighter" than average. Both of you are pretty young, so take it EASY and make it last.

If your penis hits a girl's cervix, it can be painful. But screaming? Good grief. Why didn't she just say "hey that hurts". Too dumb i guess.
for your information a vagina is only 4-5" deep. Some females can take 7" + others can't.
