Why is my new Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime worthless for watching videos?

It takes a long time to load eac video and stops frequently to buffer. This phone got good reviews. I can't understand why it' s acting like an antique.

    That s a network problem, not a hardware problem.

    It's probably not the phone, but the service. Even the fastest computer will slow down if the internet provider or connection is slow, and your Galaxy is a computer of sorts.
