Will the DMV refund me my money for a vehicle registration form?

I went to ask for a new registration form because I thought I lost it the lady said it will be $3 to replace it maybe I miss her at her. I check my balance long behold they took out $100 in my account turns out I already had one so now I'm pissed will I be able to get a refund?

    Possibly, if it was the DMV's error and you can prove it. Otherwise, no.
