Probably Greece, it is why they are in such dire circumstances.
The Unemployment in Greece is exported there from Germany, where the Euro has the lowest value.
Greece should be around 2 euros to the $
In Germany it should be around 70 to 75 Cents to the $
This is actually criminal, but no one will be taken to court.
Because it is the European Union, and un-Democratic.
