How do you get your daily dose of Tumeric?
So I just learned from Dr. Greger that I should be including Tumeric in my diet on an almost daily basis. I use it in my tofu scramble which is not something I make very often. What else should i use it in?

Turmeric tea is really good! Put a few slices of fresh turmeric (or 1/2 tsp dried powder) in a pot with either fresh ginger or a bit of dried ginger, in a pot with about 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, covered, let simmer for 5 minutes. Then add sweetener and milk.. there are other recipes online if you don't like this one.. I use stevia, instead of sugar, and I really like it with coconut milk, instead of cow's milk.. AND this is great cold too! I usually make up a pot, let it cool, then when I want it, I either drink it cold or reheat it.. I prefer to use the fresh ginger and turmeric root, as I like to think that I am getting more benefits from that, but I don't know if that is true or not..

It depends on whether you use the dried or the fresh stuff-Whole Different taste.
Fresh is not so easy to get-gotta go to an Indian food store. Supposedly Great for migraine headaches.
