Professional body piercers! I need help with nose piercing bump (pustule)?

So I've had my nose pierced for about six or seven years and it has been relatively hassle-free until now.

In the last week a dreaded red bump has developed just above the piercing (and there is pus, so I believe it is infected).

The bump doesn't really hurt now, but it was painful to 'wiggle' my nose when it was just starting to come up.

I've been cleaning and soaking it with a non-iodised sea salt solution three times a day for the past week but I haven't really seen any improvement.

I'm reluctant to go to the GP for antibiotic cream as I used this back when I had a belly piercing infection - it healed the infection but unfortunately the bumps scarred and I'm petrified of this happening with my nose as it's quite an unsightly bump.

I've read recommendations online such as tea tree oil and chamomile tea bags, but there seems to also be people opposing those suggestions so I'm very conflicted.

Are there any professional body piercers out there that can give me any advice?
