Persians were used to make the Chinchilla breed, they're no longer 'persians' now.
Yes, you have a Chinchilla Cat. The nose isn't depressed into the head so it shouldn't have issues with breathing like Persians do.

It does look a lot like the images (in an image search) for that breed of cat. Since each cat is different, it is hard to tell what sort of health your cat will have. The kitty doesn't have quite as extreme of a pushed in face as some Persians, so this may not be as much of an issue. I am pretty sure a vet can tell you what to look for and how to take care of your cat. He/she is very lovely, by the way.
Beautiful color, too!!
Here is a pic from Chincilla Persian search:

As with many breeds of dogs or cats, some breeders will go to extreme for a particular characteristic, while others will practice proper breeding for the betterment of the breed and for best health. If your cat is this breed, perhaps the breeder was one who didn't go to the extreme, but used better judgement.

Link doesn't work. Did you buy this kitten from a registered breeder who gave you a PEDIGREE for it or from someone on craigslist?

Not a Persian - they have smooshy faces and bigger heads. You have a very pretty domestic long hair. She has a proper nose and snout, and should have no breathing issues at all.
