New Ixalan card: Territorial Hammerskull Dinosaur card?

When you play Territorial Hammerskull, the card says, “Whenever Territorial Hammerskull attacks, tap target creature an opponent controls.”

So…. My question is: Does that include Plainswalkers?

Are Plainswalkers immune to this, or with suffer like everyone else?!

It says tap target creature, ie, anything with Creature in its type bar.

Planeswalker itself is not a creature type, it is a card type like Land, Artifact, etc. Planeswalkers themselves do not have the Creature type, so they are not creatures. There ARE Planeswalkers who can turn into Creatures (for example, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, who 'becomes a 5/5 Human Soldier Ally creature'), but this is granted by their effect and they are non-Creatures at any other time.

So basically no, you cannot target a Planeswalker with that effect, it must target a creature, which they are not. They are illegal targets, just as if you'd tried to target a regular land card with it.

Also I don't really see what purpose it would serve, even if you could target them. They wouldn't 'suffer' like anyone else, because virtually nothing they do requires them to be untapped.

No. A Planeswalker is not a Creature.
