Why Does My Keyboard Type Double Characters Into KVM Console?

Update:

I have a windows 10 machine and ovh vps. After rebooting the vps server and then opening KVM to boot using username and password the keyboard types double characters. eg: instead of "e" it types "ee" and instead of "f" it types "ff".

I have recently installed a new windows 10 OS on my home PC and this is the machine with the issue. I have another windows 10 machine which types the single characters correctly in the ovh KVM.

And so this is not the server or vps at fault it is my windows 10 OS?

    I am not a windows guy, don't know the software you are using, but sounds like

    that something has local echo turned on.
