In case of annulment of marriage after retirement, is the ex-spouse entitled to pension,? This case relates to India.?

    I do not think so, ask a lawyer where you are, but annulment means that the marriage never happened.

    Go speak to a lawyer.

    Annulment usually means the marriage really existed, therefore you would have no claim to anything you didn't have before.

    Doubt it. In America i think you have to be married 10 years b4 you can receive it..not sure about india. You need to call a marriage lawyer in india.
