No rich person I have met is humble?

I met a wealthy man who has his own company and he comes across as humble but when you work with him he is someone else. He looks down on people that earn 40k a year sadly he once said why the **** would I learn from a loser who earns that much. He wants his environment perfect and successful. He only dates girls on his level. People think he is humble but his mindset is rough. Why is his mind this way?
