Hp Pavillion p6-2376 get to bios?

Hi, I was given this PC with a wiped hard drive. I downloaded the windows 8.1 iso from microsoft. With keyboard commands, how can I get to bios to change the boot menu to disk?

    F8 should allow you to select the boot device. I believe F10 is used on most HP computers to access the BIOS setup program if you want to make the change persistent.

    Once you press the power button you should tap or hold the command key for that machine which could be F8 F10 F10 or the ESC then it will load the screen you want.

    You may even have the option to enter BIOS when the basic system starts and just before the Windows system is activated there could be the options at the bottom of your screen
