    No, but you can work out in a real silicone breast. All silicone breasts are really silicone, dear.

    Yes but the submuscular ones can slip whereas the subcutaneous ones are more stable, so be careful. I don't understand why you want to though. It was horrible being muscly.

    Of course. Thousands of women have silicon implants and have no problems at all working out.
