Free website?

I need an EXTREMELY simple website but something that I can EASILY edit from my cellphone. what company offer free website building and free hosting (like wix and stuff) but that offers this cellphone capability?

Update:

Wordpress isn't free. Unfortunatelly, I need a free website for now.
