Not according to my understanding of things, no. Generally, anything creationist twists observations in a way that leads to "it is impossible by accident so therefore it has to have been done by something on purpose, and that thing must have been intelligent to plan the events". You can accept that argument if you so choose, but I find it to be very weak, at best. I tend to declare many parts as purposefully misleading, because only a person intent upon misleading would present the information in that particular fashion.

I found several such statement rapidly when I started to read the article, and since the premise was false, the remainder of the article lost interest for me. I skipped around to some sections and encountered the same sort of duplicity. So, for me, in my opinion, that article is a fantasy.
