I ve a drug test in three weeks for anjob?

I ve bee smooking weed/skunk on a regular bases for years on and off.... but have stopped two days ago have a drug test in in three weeks what is the best way to detox before then or am I wasting my time doing this drug test do I have time or am I two late .....

Any help I can get is much appreciated thank you
