With iTunes you can export or drag your songs to a PC folder. They will probably be some apple format but then you can use a free music conversion program to convert them to MP3 then put the MP3's on your phone. I would put them in a Music folder on the SD card.
Alternately, there are some apps in Google Play (search for iTunes) which claim to be able to get your songs from iTunes on a PC and transfer them to the Android.
OR you could try the Android app "Apple Music" which MIGHT let you download/play iTunes music you own even if you don't have an Apple Music subscription (the Apple Radio features won't work without a subscription).

Depends on if the songs have DRM protection (bought on iTunes). If so, no. Otherwise, it shouldn't be an issue.
