Long term arthritis medication.?

I take Aleve, I try to be sparing with it, say two tablets a day 4 days a week. 8 a week total. Impossible for anyone to answer, but does it seem excessive over the long term? Also is there long term medications to take the edge off the pain? Thanks

There are a lot of foods you can avoid such as grains... these tend to be inflammatory for some people, so bread and pasta and boxed cereals aren't that great.

You might do some online research for natural pain remedies for arthritis. I do believe turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory.

I have taken this in the UK for years for my arthritis. It can affect the stomach so I also take Nexium as well.

Still here and not dead yet.
