Not really. But if you believe in the 'ashes to ashes, dust to dust' theory, why not get cremated and your ashes cast to the wind?

Creating a custom coffin is most likely legal in nearly every jurisdiction. However, there are probably requirements the coffin is required to meet. You would have to consult LOCAL laws to find out what those requirements are.

Yes, the coffins must be certified to hold your oozing corpse's fluids so you do not contaminate the groundwater and spread diseases.

In the US, state law determines the standards for legal burial, which includes what one's coffin must be like. Often it's about seal security.

Yes It must fit in the family crypt. It must seal tight, not leak. We bury above ground. Most today are plastic. It must be reusable. You only get to stay there so long.

Not in the UK, we can be buried in anything. Some people have coffins made like cars or bikes.

Those laws would be local to where you wish to be buried, and to the burial ground itself.
You'd have to check with the local laws, as well as the rules of the cemetery.
