I think I was drugged and set up and need advice?

Two weeks ago a friend of mine said I should talk to this guy on jack’d. I started talking to this guy and we hung out on Thursday and my friend was staying at my place for the night, because we were leaving for Chicago in the morning. I had sex with the guy and showered at his place and once I came back in room he told me to lay in bed and smoke with him. He then got up and locked door. We begin smoking and I begin to feel light headed he started talking and I got out of bed and said I wasn’t feeling good. He continued to talk and told me to get back in bed I called my friend who was staying at my house and I told him I thought I’d been drugged and where I was he then told me to give the phone to the guy I was with I then started to wonder why and immediately called 911 and went outside to ambulance. In hospital my drug screen came back negative, they then informed me that it could have been k2 or some other drug that is undetectable. When I got home my friend came over and I asked how he knew the guy from jack’d and he said he dated the guy for a year and that they are on bad terms. I am very confused. What do you guys think?
