What are these items called, used for testing your paint consistency against base, layer and glaze?
I was watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbdOID8RouA on painting miniatures and saw at 1:13 this item he uses to test his paint consistency. What are those things called and if anyone knows a place to get them if not on Amazon?
