White Quaker's Grits or Corn Grits?

I am trying to figure which grits are healthier as breakfast, I found out that Stone ground grits is more healthier and have a lot nutritional. Is Stone ground grits a corn grit?

    Grits is grits...

    Yellow corn ground will produce yellow grits, cornmeal

    White corn ground will produce white grits, cornmeal.

    There is no difference between the yellow or the white other than color.

    The "stone ground" is produced by grinding the corn between stone the corns can also be ground using other mechanical or manual means.

    There are different grades or textures of cornmeal. There is Coarse, Medium, fine and a very fine grind would produce a corn flour. (cornstarch is not the same thing)

    All have about the same nutritional value serving per serving.
