Forgery of Last Will?

Update:

When Alice forges a Last Will and presents to the probate court, is there any civil remedy that Bob has? Bob is the beneficiary of the true Last Will. (California law).

Update 2:

Is Bob limited to just disproving the forged will, proving the true will, and getting his costs from Alice? Can he sue, separately, for the forgery attempt?

The remedy is a will contest. Butcha can try fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, etc. You can ask the court for anything. Make up a new tort called "forged a will" and see what happens.
