There is no way you can just close your Yahoo Answer account. Even closing your Yahoo Account will not remove all your questions and answers. You could only make them anonymous.

    To close your Yahoo account:

    1. Sign in to the Yahoo Account you want to delete.

    2. Go to the "Terminating your Yahoo account" page. https://login.yahoo.com/?.done=https%3a%2f%2fedit....

    3. Read the info on terminating your account.

    4. Confirm your password.

    5. Type in the CAPTCHA code then click Terminate this Account.

You can't close just YA but you can stop using it and still use your account for other Yahoo features. The article below tells how to close your Yahoo account completely.

Close your Yahoo Account at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/account/close-yahoo-acco...

Or leave, do not sign on again, in about 12 months Yahoo will close it for you.

But be aware you close all aspects of your account, including email, and your questions and answers remain on Yahoo as long as Yahoo exists
