How do I become a MGTOW?

Do I become attracted to a female, start to feel some kind of way about her, want to do something for her based on those feelings, then blame her for manipulating me into doing something, that I now consider to be counter to my best interest, while at the same lauding my logic, objectivity, and immunity to emotional reaction? Even though it was MY decision that put me in this position.
