It should unless you steam your food very lightly.

It would kill them and let them sit on your veggies. Soak them in a cold water bath to remove dirt or bugs

Pasteurization occurs at 156F held for 20 minutes, a little higher and little less time - most vegetables are cooked well beyond temperatures where you have to worry about 'parasites' and pathogens.

Yeah, heat will killed all parasites. But you will have all protein, calories and vitamins in your food.

No. Mostly are made inactive, softer. Temporary disabled. Until they come to backbone as combined and become active as human tissue source. Or if you leave them steamed in the pan/pot/dish/plate/baskets in 1 month will come out monsters.

    60% disabled cooking/steam.

95% disabled microwave 1 minute at maximum.

    99% combined.

Same is lost as nutritional value (less when microwaved).

Shred/blender as fresh and dry to have 100% nutrient original value, dead nutrients with best value.

Yes. Heat has to be over 345 degrees, if I remember correctly.
