Storage facility want my permission to access unit?
I received a message from the storage facility
"It's very important that you call us back, we are doing maintenance and repairs on the AC unit and we need your permission to enter your unit"
Why would they need to enter my unit and how can they get into my unit when my own personal lock is on it?
They did not sound professional at all and am thinking of just ignoring them as I don't feel like dealing with them.

ask your apt manager about it, they have to enter my apt every time they turn it on in the summer time
