Christians, if they had guillotines in the days of the Roman Empire would you now be warring a different device of torture and death?

The guillotine is not an instrument of torture but it is an instrument of death. It produces death very quickly and efficiently just as the British method of hanging did. The slow methods of execution used by the USA involve torture as well as death. If Christ had been executed with a different device, that could have been the symbol used by Christians but as he wasn't, it isn't.

Jesus was predestine to be reussurrected so to bring back from death death had to happen, and Jesus did say let this cup pass from me but not my wiil be done ...but your will be done
