Why? It was time for diplomacy. If you mean the assets frozen in 1980 they were returned to Iran. Thats why they have no upgraded infrastructure, no new train and plane parts originally American-made 30 years ago. The U.S. is not very good at honoring its agreements, if you ever get one that is fair to the other party. Why do you consider Iran a terrorist state? They are not attacking people or a foreign country like Israel and the U.S., France, Quatar, Britain, Saudi Arabia. Iran does not have a nuclear weapon program but they have the technology which they developed. What do you mean about Iran wants someone gone? The only people terrorizing anyone are the Israeli and U.S. military and their hired guns who disrupted the OPCW so much they had to flee Douma and a Syrian soldier was shot by those unknown rebels. Obviously the US and Britain dont want the OPCW to find nothing, the same as George Bush didnt want the UN weapons inspectors to find nothing and cut their inspection short so he could invade.
