Can someone explain Sceintology to me?

Firstly learn how to spell it.

It is a way of making money from gullible people by telling you that you have all sorts of mental hangups that can only be cured by "auditing", only they can provide it, and it costs lots of money. Once you have been thoroughly brainwashed, you are ready for scientology's ultimate truth, that all your problems are caused by the souls of extraterrestrials brought to Earth (at that time called Teegeerack) by Xenu, dumped in volcanoes and blown up with nuclear bombs. So now you need more expensive sessions of "auditing" to track down these lost souls in your head and make them go away. Then you will be "clear" and achieve ultimate enlightenment.

Of course if you believe that you will believe anything. Which is why scientology also teaches that everyone who opposes them is a "suppressive person" and "fair game" to be assaulted and eliminated by any means. Even murder - the only thing that stops them is the small problem that murder is illegal.

It is not surprising that it was invented by a science-fiction writer (I would also add, a writer of bad science-fiction) called L Ron Hubbard. He saw that the easy way to make money was to play on religion, so he invented a scientific-sounding one and oh boy, how people have fallen for his scam. Especially with the help of gullible celebrities who are shielded from the truth about it.

It's a cult. You can look up the definition of cult and Scientology via google. Amazing the stuff you can look up all by yourself. Wikipedia is great.
