Chest pain. From working out or cigarettes?

I worked out 2 days ago for an hour it was high intensity interval training, my heart rate was at its peak at time it was very intense, the next day and after working out I felt fine, then all of a sudden at 10pmthe day after working out I got chest pain, it’s not an achy muscle soreness I usually get, it feels like it’s on thee inside, it’s not too bad, just unusual, my bf thinks it could be from smoking cigarettes though, is that possible?

"Chest pain. From working out or cigarettes?"

The chest pain while it could be from smoking and/or working out, could have other causes, and the advice to seek out a medical professional is the most sound advice give. However there is a possibility, that you'rte not getting enough dietary choline, and being low, or deficient in choline, may cause chest pains. So you might want to push your doctor into running some blood work, to check your blood serum choline levels.

Chest pain is not something to discuss online. You should seek medical attention.
