Where is the CMOS battery located on an Acer Revo RL85 mini desktop PC, and what kind of battery is it?
I have one of these mini PCs, and it appears that the CMOS battery has expired - CMOS sum-check error, lost settings and the clock no longer holding the time.
Does anyone have a service manual in electronic form, or can anyone describe where the battery is located. I have searched for information on replacing the battery, but although I have found several articles on dismantling the PC with fairly detailed pictures, so far none have shown the battery or where it is hidden.
Any help from someone who has replaced the battery in an RL85 will be appreciated. Thank you.

See A.J.'s answer. I have located a battery with leads at:
Bios-Chip24.com
Eugen Müller
Kelwerbach 11
66839 Schmelz
Deutschland
Service@Bios-Chip24.com
It is a KIS CR2016W with wires attached.

CMOS batteries tend to be the flat, silver coloured 'coin' batteries. There will only be one of them on the motherboard.

almost ALL pc's use a CR2032 button battery. some have it soldered to wires ready to be plugged into a socket. However you have bought some teeny weeny thing see the link below and check YOUTUBE for videos on how to open it up for a RAM upgrade. the list of accessories shows the cmos battery with soldered on wires.
