How do I get my ex back after she has a new boyfriend but says she still loves me but is just afraid to loose me?

More information me and her have dated 3 times and have been close the entire time but lately she started talking to this other guy and they just started dating but she told me right after that she still loves me but is afraid that if we date that if we break up that she will loose me and that she would rather just be my friend so she doesn’t have to worry about that she knows that I wanna get back woth her and we still talk everyday and she spends just as much time with me as him I just need to know how I get her back after all this I don’t know what to do anymore I love this girl so much
